Sixth Form Offer Holder Days

Over two days we welcomed 419 students to our Offer Holder Days, of whom 297 were from other schools.

The variety of taster sessions was superb with exciting experiments in the Sciences; deep discussions about the morality of performance-enhancing drugs; asking how we know a table is brown in Philosophy; an introduction to the legacy of Thatcher in History; acting with the incoming Stags team and calculating how long you sit down for each year in core Maths!

It wonderful way for students to confirm their course selection and to ‘make real’ the idea of moving here for Sixth Form. We spoke to so many students who said how much they had enjoyed the days.

Thank you so much to all those who contributed to the Sixth Form Offer Holder Days last week, whether running fun activities, taster sessions, or behind the scenes organisation.
